Increased Sawing Capacity with IMET KS 502

We're excited to announce an upgrade in our sawing capabilities with the addition of the Double-Column Semiautomatic Bandsaw IMET KS 502. This advanced equipment allows us to cut round materials up to Ø 350 mm, square profiles up to 330 mm, and rectangular sections up to 500x310 mm. It also offers precise angle cutting up to 60° in both directions—boosting our efficiency and expanding our processing range.

Digitalization of Fleibel Group OÜ

During the period from May 13, 2024, to September 30, 2024, Fleibel Group OÜ is implementing the digitalization roadmap project No. 2021-2027.1.02.24-0091. In this project, together with digitalization experts, the company will analyze its supply chain, business model, and business processes. Bottlenecks in all company processes will be identified, and optimal solutions for automation and digitalization will be determined.

The project has been co-financed by the European Union with a contribution of €7,125. 

Fleibel Group Digital Transformation Support

Between 25.09.2024 - 31.12.2025, Fleibel Group OÜ will implement the digital transformation project No. 20.1.01.24-0753, titled “Fleibel Group Digital Transformation Support.” The aim of the project is to increase the company's added value by at least 10% through improvements in the bottlenecks identified in the digitalization roadmap, and to enhance the company's production capacity in manufacturing processes through automation and digitalization. The project is co-funded by the European Union with a contribution of 296 693,00 €
